This training describes humanistic values of our company from socio-philosophical perspective. It is based on 3MTs (3MT) training, but from social-interaction perspective as contra-part to 3MT's introspective non-dualistic labeling and as complementary part to techno-organizational perspective of 3-periods training and blue-zone drills.
